Commercial Lending

Our attorneys have extensive knowledge and experience in representing clients in real estate backed lending transactions. We assist both lenders and borrowers in navigating all stages of commercial real estate financing and prepare and negotiate loan agreements, security agreements, opinion letters, promissory notes, deeds of trust and UCC financing documents. Our attorneys have represented clients in negotiating HUD, FNMA and other government backed loan products.

We frequently serve as local counsel in connection with the financing of Arizona based real property and generate local counsel opinion letters. In addition to representing clients in the placement of traditional loan products, our attorneys regularly advise clients on and negotiate commercial loan sale transactions. We also represent clients in connection with the restructuring of loans, workouts, deeds in lieu of foreclosure and the acquisition, management and sale of distressed properties.
